Our concept revolves around traditional greek dishes which are usually vegetables and meat, slowly cooked in either a lemon or a tomato based sauce and served tepid. They are eaten at its best at room temperature, even after a few hours of cooking or warm if preferred. Vegan options are common and often appeared in Greek cooking where seasonal vegetables are slowly cooked in the same manner. The importance of fresh organically grown Mediterranean vegetables has lead us to the idea of importing our basic products from Greece, believing that the greek sun, climate and small production from our selected farms will make a difference and result in dishes just like the ones you can enjoy when you are in Greece, beginning from basic ingredients like extra virgin olive oil to exceptional delicacies and limited edition products.
